Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 1, 2026 โ€ข Effective Date: October 1, 2026

1. Introduction & Core Philosophy

Welcome to SolveKits (accessible at https://www.solvekits.com). At SolveKits, user privacy and data security are foundational principles. We believe that digital tools should solve your everyday tasks without collecting, storing, or monetizing your sensitive documents or personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, our client-side processing architecture, how third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) use cookies, and the rights available to you.

2. Zero Server Retention & Client-Side Execution

Unlike traditional web tools that upload your files to remote cloud servers, SolveKit is engineered with a browser-native architecture:

  • PDF Tools & Documents: Merging, splitting, compression, page rotation, signing, and conversion happen purely in your browser memory via WebAssembly and JavaScript (pdf-lib, pdfjs-dist). Your documents are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Calculators & Financial Engines: GST, EMI, VAT, salary tax estimates, and currency formulas compute instantly on your device.
  • Image Compression & Watermarking: Images are processed locally using HTML5 Canvas and browser APIs.
  • Memory Clearance: When you refresh or close the browser tab, all temporary file data is immediately purged from device RAM.

3. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

We use third-party advertising companies, including Google, to serve advertisements when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites across the Internet.

๐Ÿช Google Advertising & DART Cookie Disclosure:

โ€œThird-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.โ€

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (https://www.google.com/settings/ads) or by visiting www.aboutads.info.

4. Log Files & Standard Web Analytics

Like almost all standard web servers, SolveKit follows standard procedures of using log files. The information collected by log files includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamps, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The purpose of this information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking user movements, and gathering demographic information to improve overall platform performance.

5. Browser Local Storage (localStorage)

To enhance your user experience, SolveKit stores minimal user preferences directly on your own device via browser local storage:

  • Light / Dark theme preference (gs_theme)
  • Bookmarked favorite tools list
  • Recent tool execution timestamps (for quick re-access on your dashboard)
  • Optional locally saved invoice drafts (never transmitted to cloud servers)

You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or via the Reset History option in your Dashboard.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA)

We respect your privacy rights under global frameworks including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know / Access: You have the right to request what personal information is collected (SolveKit collects zero personal document data).
  • Right to Deletion: You can delete all local storage records instantly directly from your browser.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You may opt-out of personalized cookie tracking through your browser or third-party opt-out portals.
  • No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.

7. Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA)

SolveKit does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately, and we will perform our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
